Vehicle booking via AI agent\nA conversational AI agent guides users through the process of reserving a company vehicle. The agent collects required inputs (trip type\, dates\, destination\, purpose)\, checks availability in the fleet data stored in SharePoint\, and completes the booking through automated workflows. \n2. Expense capture using AI Builder\nUsers can scan and upload receipts related to fuel\, tolls\, or maintenance. AI Builder extracts key data such as amount\, date\, vendor\, and currency\, and automatically links the expense to the corresponding vehicle and booking record\, reducing manual entry and errors. \n3. User onboarding through AI agent\nA dedicated onboarding agent helps new users understand how to use the car fleet application.
