BizSourceUG is a local community in Serbia, Croatia, and Africa for professionals and enthusiasts of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. It brings together Microsoft partners, customers, ISVs, and individuals to discuss industry topics, share knowledge, and network around business applications.
No. All BizSourceUG meetups and events are 100% free of charge. There are no membership fees or ticket costs. The group is a non-profit community-driven initiative. Organizers and speakers volunteer their time.
Our speakers are seasoned experts in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Many are Microsoft MVPs recognized for their community expertise, or even Microsoft employees from the product and field teams. We also feature experienced consultants, solution architects, and community champions from the region.
The user group’s content focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, including all their associated applications and technologies.
Meetups in Serbia, Croatia, and Africa are held regularly in the local Microsoft offices.
Meetups are usually scheduled on weekday evenings. Each event’s exact date and location can vary, so it’s best to check our announcements for details on website and Social Media. We strive to hold meetups monthly in each country, except during summer breaks or around major holidays when we might pause.
The annual conference is held in Belgrade, Serbia, and is a full-day event. Occasionally, we also collaborate on special events outside the regular schedule – for example, community gatherings tied to Microsoft’s global events or joint meetups with neighboring user groups.
Attending is easy and open to everyone:
Bizsourceug.com: We are publishing all our listings on our website. You can join the BizSourceUG group and get notified of upcoming events, meetups and RSVP. RSVPing helps us gauge attendance, but even if you don’t RSVP, you’re welcome to come if you find out about the event.
Meetup.com: We publish all our event listings on Meetup. You can join the BizSource UG meetup group to get notified of upcoming events and RSVP online. RSVPing helps us gauge attendance, but even if you don’t RSVP, you’re welcome to come if you find out about the event.
Dynamics Community site: Our events are also posted on the Microsoft Dynamics Community user groups page. If you have a Community account, you can join our groups there for updates.
Just Show Up: Since events are free, you can simply show up at the venue on the event day. We welcome walk-ins as space allows. Sign-in at the event is usually just to get your name badge and record attendance.
Online/HYBRID: At times, we might offer a remote join option (e.g., Teams meeting link) for those who can’t be there in person. If available, that will be noted in the event info.
Just keep an eye on our event announcements and join whenever you can.
Anyone with an interest in Microsoft Business Applications can join. BizSourceUG is open to all – whether you’re a consultant, developer, end-user, student, or hobbyist working with Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
BizSourceUG runs regular meetups and an annual conference:
Monthly Meetups: In both Serbia, Croatia and Africa, we host meetups (typically monthly) featuring a single session or presentation each time.
Annual Conference: Every November, BizSourceUG Serbia organizes a full-day conference in Belgrade with multiple sessions. It’s a mini-conference with back-to-back talks, covering a range of advanced topics. This big event, like the meetups, is free to attend but offers a much broader agenda and draws attendees from across the region.
BizSourceUG is run by community volunteers who founded the group:
In Serbia, the group was co-founded by Marko Totovic and Nikola Pancic, who serve as the Serbian branch leaders.
In Croatia, the chapter is led by Renato Fajdiga along with co-organizers Milan Milinčević and Marin Deur.
In Africa, the leader is Berny During. Africa is the newest part of BizSourceUG family.
BizSourceUG is an independent user community, not an official Microsoft program. That said, we collaborate closely with Microsoft.
Microsoft’s local offices support the group informally (for example, by providing meeting space or swag for events when possible).
Microsoft employees frequently appear as guest speakers at our events, sharing product updates and expertise.
BizSourceUG leaders include Microsoft MVPs who have connections with Microsoft, and we often relay community feedback to the product teams.

Community support: If you have questions or need help, the user group is a go-to resource. You can reach out during meetings or on our forums/social channels to tap into collective knowledge.
Enjoyment and Inspiration: Our members often cite the positive energy at meetups – it’s inspiring to see what others are doing with the technology. It’s also fun! Free pizza or drinks, cool demos, and like-minded people – it’s an enjoyable way to spend an evening while learning.
