Tema:Beyond ERP Screens: How AI Agents Run Procurement Processes

Opis: Agentic ERP promises a future where business processes execute with minimal human intervention. But what does that look like beyond the demos and buzzwords?
In this session, we will move beyond concepts and explore Agentic ERP through a complete procurement journey. Starting with an employee who needs a product or service, we will follow the process through sourcing, vendor evaluation, contracting, and execution.
Along the way, I will demonstrate how first-party Dynamics 365 agents, custom Copilot Studio agents, and Copilot Cowork collaborate to perform work that traditionally required users to navigate multiple systems and manually coordinate activities.
Rather than asking users to log into ERP for every task, agents operate across Outlook, Teams, documents, contracts, and business applications while ERP remains the trusted system of record, business logic layer, and governance foundation. The result is a new way of working where people focus on decisions while agents handle process execution.
