The solution covers three integrated use cases:

2. Expense capture using AI Builder
Users can scan and upload receipts related to fuel, tolls, or maintenance. AI Builder extracts key data such as amount, date, vendor, and currency, and automatically links the expense to the corresponding vehicle and booking record, reducing manual entry and errors.

3. User onboarding through AI agent
A dedicated onboarding agent helps new users understand how to use the car fleet application. It explains booking steps, expense submission, and policy rules, while also answering contextual questions based on the underlying SharePoint data and process logic.
